Kebab Chefs! data: all 56 recipes with ingredient quantities, a reverse ingredient index, and what to serve each Gourmet Chef. Community-sourced, version-stamped.

Kebab Chefs! is a first-person restaurant sim in Early Access on Steam: buy ingredients, prep them at real stations, cook, plate, and serve. It looks like a cooking game and plays like a logistics game — the failure mode is almost never "I cooked it wrong", it is "I ran out of flour at 19:40 with four tables waiting".

That is why this site treats it as a data problem rather than a walkthrough problem.

What is here

  • All 56 recipes and ingredients — the full recipe book as one table, 446 ingredient lines, quantities kept exactly as the source wrote them
  • Ingredient index — the same data read backwards: pick an ingredient, see every dish that consumes it
  • Gourmet orders — the five Gourmet Chefs, what each one actually accepts, and the cheapest dish that passes

Three mechanics that decide whether your restaurant works

These are not tips, they are the rules the game runs on, and each one has a number attached.

1. Mastery Level unlocks recipes — Restaurant Level does not. The golden chef hat in the top right is your restaurant; the white chef hat inside the Menu screen is your mastery. Levelling the restaurant does nothing for your recipe list. A recipe unlocks at a specific Mastery Level, printed next to the chef-hat icon on its locked card. Confusing the two is the most common reason people think the game is broken.

2. Mastery only goes up while dishes are under level 11. A dish that hits level 11 stops contributing to Mastery Level, so a menu of three maxed dishes freezes your unlock progress while still looking busy. Keep at least one slot on a dish below 11.

3. One service counter serves one dish, and the menu caps at 10. The menu limit was raised from 3 to 5 (patch v0.1.3) and then to 10 (v0.1.7). Every extra dish you want to actually sell needs its own counter, so menu size is a floor-plan decision, not just a cooking one.

What this site does not have

Being explicit, because a wiki that hides its gaps is worse than one that has them:

  • Unlock levels per recipe. Not in any public source, and not readable outside the game. The recipe table tells you what a dish needs, never when you get it.
  • Dish sell prices. The game prices against ingredient cost and customer patience. A fixed profit number per dish would be someone's average run presented as a rule.
  • Bakery DLC items. They have a separate guide and a separate item set; mixing them into the main table would make the counts wrong for base-game players.

Where the numbers come from

The recipe and Gourmet data is extracted from two community Steam guides — the Recipe Book and How To...? — and reformatted into tables. We have not measured any of it in game. Each page carries the source ID and the date we extracted it. If a number disagrees with your build, that is a real bug and we want the report: contact@shopkeeperwiki.com.
